SMILE
The Lord's servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful. Those who oppose him, he must gently instruct, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of truth.
A frown uses much more face muscle than a smile, say the scientists. Furthermore, a frown causes stress to arise - even if you just look at someone else's frown !( And above all it causes wrinkles between your eyes )
If a person is happy they definitely do not frown at others. A smile, on the other hand, has the result of making a person feel good.
If someone gives you a radiant smile you find that you spontaneously smile back and immediately feel better. To receive a smile and to give one back makes you happy. Therefore smile more. There is an old saying that goes that if you meet someone who does not have a smile, you should give him one of yours. Make it your life's motto and share your smiles lavishly - especially among people who do not smile often.
Sad faces bring about more sad faces while smiling faces cause other people to smile and feel happy.
" Your smile makes other people happy, which in turn makes you happy "
